Already voided pre application for non payment. / We are hoping to remodel the old Farmer John's Meat Packing Plant which has been used as an Event Center for the Slaughterhouse and for Special Concert Events into a Bar and Dance Club with a restaurant possibly and the remaining building area as Personal Storage. We feel that there is no expansion of any Vehicular Use Areas and we hope that the prior approved Variance will still apply.
