Description:
Cotton Commercial got fined for working without a permit and we were not working without a permit. We applied for the permit on 1/16/24. We waited for a while to get this permit issued. Were given the ok for this permit on 4/17/24 and paid. Then there was discrepancy specifically on what building it was and the permit was issued on 6/20/24. We did not start the work until the permit was issued.
