This project is not ready for Certificate of Occupancy. Address location has two units. Unit # must be assigned to the Permit Application and Plans before the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) is issued. Please log into your TDC account and submit a request for an address change. Please submit approved plans without City stamps include the primary address and unit # on ALL plan sheets. Along with a Comment Response, stating that this is a re-stamp to resolve the addressing issue. Once revised plans are submitted and approved please request C of O.
