Description:
A wooden fence, average height 60 inches, max 70 inches, following part of my east property line to the alley, then turning the corner and going to my western property line. This fence was built by me in 2009. I was only told/ discovered yesterday that I need to buy this permit. Your website does not say a word about this. 15 years ago I went to the office on Stone, met with planning, and was told I did not need a permit.
