A wooden fence, average height 60 inches, max 70 inches, following part of my east property line to the alley, then turning the corner and going to my western property line.
This fence was built by me in 2009. I was only told/ discovered yesterday that I need to buy this permit. Your website does not say a word about this. 15 years ago I went to the office on Stone, met with planning, and was told I did not need a permit.
I met with Gabriel Sleighter in your office on 5-2-2024 and was told I need to get a zoning permit, although I built this fence 15 years ago in 2009.
VOID: Duplicate/Same scope of work as existing application permit TC-RES-0524-02711. Please resubmit any revisions under the existing permit or withdraw the existing permit before moving forward with a new application.
