Rental Unit #3 was exposed to and damaged by fire from neighboring property to the west. The west wall siding, roofing, insulation and ceiling were damaged and have been repaired and replaced like for like. Front door was kicked in by fire fighters and was replaced like for like. We need a permit due to the code enforcement, to turn the electricity back on.
