VEHICLE ACCESS TO BOTH OCHOA AND JACKSON STREET BETWEEN S STONE AVE AND S SCOTT FOR THE DURATION OF 18 MONTHS WILL BE BLOCKED. A LANE WILL REMAIN UNINPEDED FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES ONLY ON BOTH E OCHOA AND E JACKSON.
