This Project is not complete all Reviews/Revision need to be approved and or completed and all conditions need to be satisfied. Please re-request once all conditions have been satisfied and review is complete. I got denied COO last time because I needed to satisfy a retaining wall condition. I have now attached the special inspection letter for retaining walls. Can you please issue our CofO at your earliest?
