*ALL HISTORICAL DOCS UPLOADED. NO HISTORICAL PLANS FOR THIS PROPERTY. FOR NEWER/CURRENT INFO, PLEASE CHECK PRO.* - I just submitted a records request, and realized I could be more specific. My apology. The property I'm inquiring about has an odd boundary between the it's detached guesthouse and the parcel directly to the east if it. This property's boundary runs north-south, and does not align with the other north-south boundaries for the parcels just north of it. This misalignment does not show up on the plot maps. This boundary extends a few feet further east than the northern boundary lines, so it appears the guesthouse may be built directly on the property line, or over it. Any information to provide clarity would be helpful. So in addition to building permits/Certificate of Occupancy, I am also interested in any map that display parcel lines for this property. Thank you!
