Description:
A small fire occurred in the kitchen of unit # 209 of the complex known as the Fox Point Apartments. There was superficial damage to the surfaces and the drywall. The drywall was removed and the structure was exposed showing no damage due to the fire. The City Inspector reviewed the property and marked the property with inspector marker 1123-06642.
The SCOPE OF WORK AT THE AREA AFFECTED BY THE FIRE includes: Replace insulation in the ceiling, replace drywall, replace electrical devises, appliances and countertops and floor coverings as may be required.
