This Project is not complete all related permits (DP17-0182 & TF-FCP-0424-00322) need to be in completed status and all conditions need to be satisfied. Please re-request once all associated projects are completed and the conditions have been satisfied.
New four story slab-on-grade, wood framed building with single ply membrane roof. Automatic sprinkler system is provided per NFPA 13 standards. Building is used for guestrooms, registration. laundry, and mechanical and electrical rooms. Stair enclosures are protected by two-hour rated, interior separation. Accessible rooms are located on the first through fourth floors. The roofing is class "B." Fire detection system (detectors, alarms & sprinklers are included).
