This project is not complete all conditions need to be satisfied (AIR BALANCING REPORT FOR EF-1 IS REQUIRED per reviewer). Please re-request once all items have been completed. New restroom in existing Trader Joe's. . We just got word that our request for CofO was denied because of an Air Balance Test and Water Sterilization. We did not do anything that HVAC or ducting. We did not add a backflow preventer.
