Description:
CE-VIO0423-02819 The parking structure is a standalone, near-square, open-framed edifice located near the southwest corner of the property. It measures 12 feet 9 inches in width (west side) and 11 feet 8 inches in length (north side), covering a total ground area of 148 square feet. The frame is constructed from hollow 4x4 metal posts and beams. A corrugated metal roof, the only faced portion of the structure, is affixed atop the frame, extending 4 inches over the south side and 6 inches over the north side. The structure stands at a height of 8 feet 4 inches along the south wall. Given the 3-degree gradient of the roof sloping down from north to south towards the south fence, the height at the north wall can be deduced accordingly. The beams running east-west extend 6 and 16 inches respectively beyond the posts, while the north-south beams align flush with the posts. The structure is positioned 14 inches away from the south fence and 18 feet from the west gate and driveway entrance. Accounting for the roof overhang, there is a 10-inch gap from the roof's edge to the south fence at ground level. The structure does not connect to or touch the main property at any point. This design aims to guide water drainage away from the structure and towards the south fence, while the absence of roof overhang on the east-west sides helps to prevent water runoff towards the front yard and street to the west.
