The parcel that needs driveway access is 13310004C. The addresses 1331 and 1339 N Golden Palomino Pl were used to show where the parcel needing access is located but no work will be done at either of those addresses. Can they be removed from the permit to avoid confusion for an already unhappy HOA? Parcel 13310004C does not have an address assigned to that I am aware of. Thank you.
Golden Palomino Place ends in a cul-de-sac that abuts to parcel 13310004C. We need ROW to build a driveway from the end of Golden Palomino Place to parcel 13310004C.
