Golden Palomino Place ends in a cul-de-sac that abuts to parcel 13310004C. We need ROW to build a driveway from the end of Golden Palomino Place to parcel 13310004C. We are in the process of selling the property and need to work with the buyer to create the driveway plan. Due to issues with the HOA at Palomino Trail Subdivision, all actions have been delayed. Please extend the permit to May 31, 2023 to allow adequate time to continue trying to work with the neighbors so we can all be on the same page. Thank you.
