TC-COM-0923-02180. We have been held up by the Development Plan for this project, specifically the TDC policy to not have multiple open DPs. This commercial plan review process is complete and is just waiting approval of the DP. The DP process has started and is on its second review. We expect approval of the DP by 3/18/2024 which is 12 calendar days after the expiration date of this Commercial Plan Review application.
