If you feel Reinforcing Steel and/or Pre-Stressing Tendons condition does not apply to your project, please have the Architect/Engineer put it on letterhead in writing as to why it's not applicable to the project and upload it to your TDC account. Please re-request LofC/CofO once all conditions have been satisfied.
Tenant Improvement of an existing building to turn to a new Dollar Tree Store. Scope of work includes, Architectural, Structural, MEP, Fire Protection and Refrigeration Drawings for reference. Install new fixtures and checkouts per drawings, tenant finishes, and freezer / cooler.
