This Project is not complete all Reviews are not complete and there are inspections that need to be called in. Once the review is complete/approved and inspections are completed re-request for CofO/LOC.
We require four (4) new Certificates of Occupancy (C of O's) for the suites, as the previous suite addresses are no longer in use, and the number of suites has increased from two to four. Attached are the old C of O's from 2023 and the updated floorplans, which include the egress plan. There have been no structural changes to the floorplans since the last issuance of C of O's in 2023, just the locking off of certain interior doors to create new suite configurations. This should be straightforward.
