This Project is not complete all outstanding conditions need to be satisfied special inspection certificate needs to be submitted and approved. Please re-request once the special inspection certificate is approved. -Tenant Improvement of an existing building to turn to a new Dollar Tree Store. Scope of work includes, Architectural, Structural, MEP, Fire Protection and Refrigeration Drawings for reference. Install new fixtures and checkouts per drawings, tenant finishes, and freezer / cooler.
