Scope of work includes the restoration and remodeling of the exterior shell of an existing retail historic building. Due to the Widening of broadway blvd. the scope of work includes the relocation of the parking area from the south to the north side of the building by means of an added access driveway along the west elevation. The scope also includes added pedestrian access throughout the site as well as steel shade canopies along the south and north elevation.
