This current activity number will be voided. The following comments apply to the next submittal under the correct address of 6275 E Golf Links Rd:
1. The parcel addressed as 6275 E Golf Links Rd is owned by the City of Tucson. A Right of Entry will be required to utilize the site. Contact Department of Transportation and Mobility for additional information.
2. Site Plan: As the trailer is adjacent to residential, provide a screen (fencing w/slats or similar) and a 6' building setback between the trailer and north property line. Show dimensions on the site plan.
3. A $5,000 bond is required. Visit https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Planning-Zoning-Applications/Zoning-Administration#section-8 to obtain a copy of the assurance bond form.
