Do not apply for a new permit application. The peddler license requirements can be found at this link: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/applicationsforms/peddler_app_packet.pdf. Please submit a "Required Site Plan Information" page (page 4 of the above link), a Business License application (page 5 of the above link), and a copy of your Pima County Health Department License certificate. Additionally, provide a site plan that shows the location of parking spaces, where the site is accessed, and the locations of tables, chairs, and ramadas. The site plan should also demonstrate the proposed operation is at least 100 feet from a residentially zoned property, 20 feet from any sidewalks, and 100 feet from another peddler operation (Tucson City Code Section 7-30(b)).
