Bring a paper copy of your site plan (aerial photo showing the location of the food truck is fine) and the peddler packet to the Tucson Development Center located at 201 North Stone. 2. Request to speak with a staff person from Right-of-Way (ROW) 3. If ROW approves of the location, they will provide a "right of entry". 4. Upload this document with the peddler packet in your next submittal. 5. Complete page 4 of the peddler packet. 6. Submit a copy of your Pima County Health Department certificate.
