Per Tucson City Code Section 7-30(b)(2), a peddler operation shall not located within one hundred (100) of another peddler operation located on the same site. Either demonstrate on the site plan that Los Ponchos Hot Dogs LLC is at least 100 feet away from the proposed operation, or provide a notarized affidavit signed by the property owner indicating that Los Ponchos Hot Dogs LLC has vacated the site.
