Provide a site plan or aerial photo that shows the location of the temporary structures. Show dimensions to property lines, the size and height of the structures. 2. Provide a letter clarifying the purpose of the temporary use permit, i.e. temporary kitchen until permanent structure is built (provide related permit numbers) 3. A $5,000 assurance bond is required. The assurance bond for a Temporary Use Permit needs to be completed, signed, and notarized.
