Keep in mind that the operation is in violation of Tucson City Code Section 7-29(a)(5). It shall be unlawful for a peddler to fail to remove the vehicle, all equipment, and other personal property form the site after closing. The permanent structure affiliated with this operation was never permitted. If this structure is to remain, a development package in addition to a building permit are required to be submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Planning and Development Services Department.
