A copy of an approved "right-of-entry" granted by the Department of Transportation and Mobility Right-of-Way Division for permission to operate in the public right-of-way. The alley is owned by the City of Tucson and is not privately owned. Please visit the Tucson Development Center counter (201 North Stone Avenue) to discuss this location with the Right-of-Way Division and to receive an approved right-of-entry.
