1. A copy of your "required site plan information" page (see page four of the peddler packet)
2. A copy of your business license application (see page five of the peddler packet).
3. A copy of an approved "right-of-entry" granted by the Department of Transportation and Mobility (DTM) Right-of-Way Division for permission to operate in the public right-of-way. Permission from DTM is required even though the operation will not be located on private property. Please visit the Tucson Development Center counter (201 North Stone Avenue) to discuss this location with the Right-of-Way Division and to receive an approved right-of-entry.
4. An aerial photograph that clearly shows the location of the food truck and any other elements such as tables, chairs, and ramadas. Special Exception approval will not be required if the operation is located 200 feet or more from R-3 or more restrictive zoning.
5. A copy of your Pima County Health Department Certificate.

Zoning Administration cannot approve TZ-PMT-0824-00059 until the above requirements have been submitted.
