Please submit the following with your resubmittal of TZ-PMT-0824-00058: 1. "Required Site Plan Information" page (see page four of the peddler packet). 2. A copy of your business license application (see page five of the peddler packet). 3. A site plan showing the location of the food truck and any associated tables, chairs, ramadas, and trash receptacles. A Google Maps aerial image showing this information is acceptable. 4. A copy of your Pima County Health Department Certificate 5. A copy of an approved "right-of-entry" granted by the Department of Transportation and Mobility Right-of-Way Division for permission to operate in the public right-of-way. Please visit the Tucson Development Center counter (201 North Stone Avenue) to discuss this location with the Right-of-Way Division and to receive an approved right-of-entry.
