Provide a copy of your Pima County Health Department license certificate (final inspections do not meet this requirement). 2. Provide a site plan that clearly demonstrates this food truck is at least 100 feet from a residentially zoned property, at least 100 feet from another food truck, and at least 20 feet from any right-of-way pavement. Show the location of any other food trucks on site. Review your previous peddler license application as an example: https://pro.tucsonaz.gov/permitdetails/T22OT00572/.
