Resubmit the required files under plan number TZ-PMT-0823-00099. Do not apply for a new permit. Include the following with your resubmittal: 1. Provide a copy of your Pima County Health Department license certificate (page 4 of peddler packet). 2. Provide a copy of your Business License application (page 5 of peddler packet). 3. Provide a site plan accurately showing the location of this operation. Show that the operation is at least 100 feet from a residentially zoned property, at least 100 feet from another food truck, and at least 20 feet from any right-of-way pavement. Keep in mind that the operation is in violation of Tucson City Code Section 7-29(a)(5). It shall be unlawful for a peddler to fail to remove the vehicle, all equipment, and other personal property form the site after closing. The permanent structure affiliated with this operation was never permitted. If this structure is to remain, a development package in addition to a building permit are required to be submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Planning and Development Services Department.
