Provide the following with your resubmittal: 1) A completed "Required Site Plan Information" page. 2) A notarized statement signed by the property owner or agent of the property owner granting permission for this specific food truck to operate on this property. 3) A completed business license application. 4) A site plan showing the location of the proposed food truck, where customers will park, where tables and chairs will be located, and where customers enter and exit the site. Ensure that the proposed food truck operates at least 20 feet from any sidewalks (Tucson City Code Sec. 7-30(a)(4)).
