Provide written confirmation from the Real Estate Division granting permission for this food truck to operate on this specific parcel. 3. Provide a completed "required site plan information page." 4. Submit an aerial site plan showing the location of the food truck, the location of any tables and chairs, as well as indicate where vehicles enter the site and park. 5. Provide a completed business license application indicating you will operate at this location. The business license provided does not satisfy this requirement.
