The property owner permission form list six peddlers that have permission to operate on this site. This site is to small to accommodate six peddlers because of the required 100' setback between peddlers on the same site. Confirm if you are the only peddler that will be operating at this location. 3. On the site plan, show the distance from the food truck to the nearest residential zone which is to the southwest of the property. A resubmit of the missing documents and information and revised site plan is required. Do not start a new permit, resubmit the files under this permit, TZ-PMT-0526-00043.
