Available records indicate the property owner of 6070 South 6th Avenue is SASDA INVESTMENT LLP. However, the owner authorization letter provided was signed by the applicant of the permit. Ensure that a notarized signature from an agent or member of SASDA INVESTMENT LLP is included with your resubmittal. 2. Per City Code Section 7-29(a)(9), it shall be unlawful to operate in the right-of-way. The majority of the business is located in the right-of-way and not on private property. The dining and patio area will need to be relocated. Indicate the new location of the operation on a new site plan.
