| TWPE System Planning | APPROVED | Modeled pressure range is 77-93 psi with 54-inch isolated. Normal is 77-93 around the surrounding neighborhood from Bellevue to 5th Street along Columbus St. Negligible change. Found isolation valve N-2234162 at Columbus/Lester. Unable to locate isolation valve at Columbus/Bellevue? Will have to isolate at 5th Street. With a double block and bleed, we're going to be closed 2 valves to the north (and associated laterals) and 2 valves to the south. Model should have that full stretch OOS, as well as double blocks on laterals. Then review model for tank drain at Murphy and Valley View, 10 day model run, then extend trend if not stabilized. If 10 day run doesn't work, use base run but extend time to 120 hours. System Planning modeled 10 day model run and it works. If outage lasts longer than 48hrs then Operations will have to take Valley View C-F and C-D OOS. Murphy reservoir drains from 35 ft to 27 ft. Looks ok.
