You are proposing to cut the roofing material to install the HSS horizontal member. a. Provide detail drawing as to how the roof gaps are to be sealed restricting rain water dripping into the space below. b. You are proposing to attach the HSS horizontal member to the existing wide flange purlin. 1. Provide detail drawing as to how this is to be attached. Is it welding? If it is, please indicate on your detail drawing. c. Conduit penetrating the roof. 1. Provide detail drawing as to how this is sealed effectively waterproofing the gap. b. Plate underneath sq. alum. Tube supports per letter a. Provide drawing illustrated how it is attached to the HSS horizontal member below it. Is it welded or mechanically attached? c. ¾ x ¾ sq alum. Tube supports a. Provide drawing illustrating how this tube is attached to the plate below it. b. How is the tube attached to the in-line backer. c. Is the backer enough to resist lateral forces such as a 115 mph wind? Please have a structural engineer look into this. d. The above are to be prepared by an Arizona licensed structural engineer (structural calculation and detail drawings are to be sealed/signed/dated by the engineer). 2. Please resubmit. |

Please remove from sign package. 3) Provide the method of attachment of the channel letters to the backer panel and the backer panel to the tube supports and tube supports connection to the HSS column. |
