Because the freestanding signs are at the intersection of Pima & Alvernon, the Sight Visibility Triangle needs to be measured at the intersection, in addition to the driveway. 2. Monument signs are required to have a minimum setback of 20’ from back of curb. If the sign is going to be a low profile sign, please ensure sign meets all requirements of section 7A.10.2.C.2.a, including the maximum height allowance of 8’. 3. Please add the contractor to the TDC portal. Sign permits cannot be issued without a licensed contractor. 4. Provide the materials the walls the signas are being attached to are constructed of. Include all construction materials, not just the finishing materials, like stucco or EFIS. 5. Provide the type, size and number of the anchors being used to hold the sign to the wall on Sign E. |
