This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Additional comments may be provided in subsequent reviews. Please relocate or remove sign to conform to the Sight Visibility standards of the UDC section 10-01.5.0. 2) Low profile signs require a 2’ continuous clear base from grade to bottom of sign cabinet per Sign code section 7A.10.2.C.2.a.1.ii. These signs do not conform to this standard and have signage that goes all the way to the bottom of the sign. Also, the low-profile signs are limited to 2 sign faces per sign. These signs are proposing 3 signs, the shell logo, the pricers and the shell V-power sign. Please revise sign to conform to the standards of section 7A.10.2.C.2.a.1.ii. |
