We need the manufacture of the EMC to write a letter to The City of Tucson that says the following... ⦁ Name of the manufacturer. ⦁ The EMC model number/name ⦁ [EMC Model #] is fully capable of lowering to 200 nits at night. ⦁ [EMC Model #] is FCC compliant. |
