1) The site is in a scenic corridor. The allowed square footage calculation is 1.25 sq ft per linear foot of frontage. The frontage listed for this site is 30, 1.25 x 30= 37.5 sq ft. The proposed sign area is 44.6 sq ft, which is over the allowed square footage amount. Please reduce the square footage to the amount allowed by code.
2) Lag Shield bolts are typically for use in masonry or concrete material where they can expand, not wood and stucco. Please provide an adequate anchor to be used in a plywood/stucco wall. Consult an engineer for recommendation.
