I acknowledge that the proposed sign and the sign area is fully within code allowances, thank you. 2. Please just add a note for resubmittal that the timer will shut the sign off by midnight. 3. The location was prior listed as a hair salon. A change to a food service establishment requires a Certificate of Occupancy review for compliance with building codes. (Staff checked our online permitting record system under adjacent addressing to see if any documents were under another address, but could not find anything.) Once the tenant has their C of O for the juice bar, please email staff and resubmit the sign permit package. It will be approved and issued at that time.
