UDC: A) I acknowledge the sign area and sign types proposed all are within code allowances, thank you. B) General - add note to all drive thru signs that they shall provide a minimum of 1' setback from face of drive thru curb to structure support. 2. NEC: A) no comments, thank you 4: OLC: A) no comments, thank you 5. IBC: A). Thank you for the engineering for the footer and supports for the drive thru signage. Unfortunately, it did not scan well enough to read. Please re-scan and resubmit the entire package (application, regular plans and engineered plans) and resubmit. B) please check that engineering includes the actual connection between the support column and the canopy over the drive thru order station. C) add general note to the drive thru sign sheets - no field welding D) FYI - it is fine for the GC to auger, add anchors and pour footer systems Please email me at Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov when you resubmit, so I can promptly put this package back into the review queue and have my colleague check the engineering for the drive thru canopy piece. |
