1. 7A. 11.1.C.3 - max sign area 8 sqft for wall sign in historic residential.
Historic review can proceed, however, be advised that if the sign panel area is still approved over 8 sqft., then a sign design option review is needed for that square footage.

2. Sign contractor has been invoiced for historic minor review. Staff will set that up, with both West University and member of primary committee to attend in a session with you (contractor) and staff on Zoom. We're working toward a mid January time frame, if possible.
