List total sign area used from 2019 permit and total proposed now. 2. NEC /OLC: A) add note that sign will shut off by midnight via timer B) add notes that dedicated sign circuit to be provided and labeled at breaker panel C) add notes that all UL, manufacturer and installer stickers will be on the sign 3. IBC: A) provide type, size / depth and number of mounting bolts to be used 4. proposal required historic minor review process for the HPAD zoning of the site. First, please return updated plans with a historic application via uploading the documents on the portal under permit TS-PRM-1222-00099. This project will be scheduled by staff for review with the West University Historic Board (WUNA) for their review / recommendation.
