1. UDC 7A.11. Special Districts; Scenic district
a) attached sign area allowed in scenic district is a ratio of 1.25 sqf of sign area per linear foot of street frontage. The location has 31' of frontage x 1.25 = 38.75 sqft. Please adjust the measurements on the plan to box the word "Heart" separate from the logo and adjust the size to be a maximum of 38.75 sqft. (Or, consult Heather for SDRC process to seek an increase in sign area.)
