UDC A) thank you for the landlord permission letter up front, appreciated. B) please break down each sign as A- F (cabinets are 1, line of text the next, and so on) C) please provide the street frontage for this location on the location plan - both Tucson Marketplace and Kino. D) please provide sign locations using arrows on the location plan - call out all 6 E) please update the application to include the wall sign and canopy sign on the NE elevation F) please label each elevation on the color elevation diagram G) please call out the sign height from grade to top of the sign (approx is fine) on each elevation view 2. NEC / OLC: A) list the volts, amps, circuits for each sign type on the construction diagram B) add note that signs to shut off at midnight curfew via timer C) add note for detail 1 that the sign is both front and halo style lit D) add note that the UL sticker, manufacturer sticker and installer sticker will be on each sign E) add note that maximum color temp is 4400k per internally illuminated sign F) a central timer is also ok if preferred versus putting one on each sign power supply - just note (some corporate franchises need this, so clarifying for you it is allowed) 3. IBC A) please note how the canopy sign letters are mounted to the raceway and mounted to the canopy Please resubmit all documents - except landlord document - to your portal under permit TS-PRM-1222-00079.
