UDC: A) please increase the sight visibility triangle dimensions to 20 x 345 heading east on Prince Road. B) please align the SVT stem (the 20' deep line mark of the triangle) to move to the edge of the pavement at the east side of the driveway C) please call out the property line D) please call out any easements on the property - if known (understood blue stake will be done at time of permit release and more info may be forthcoming) 2. NEC / OLC: A) please add a note that the new sign shall use the existing electrical service B) please add a note that the sign circuit shall be labeled C) please add a note that the sign shall have the UL sticker, manufacturer sticker and installer sticker on the structure D) please clarify where the main power is for shut off (can be done at inspection if unclear at this time - may be a pedestal or it may be a panel within an office, for example) E) please add a note that the timer will be located adjacent to the power source (will be needed at inspection) 3. IBC: A) please clarify how the sign cabinet is mounted / connected to the support pole (i.e. specify if using saddle / bolts and size / number of bolts needed) and number of location connection (i.e. top / bottom of cabinet) B) please clarify how the skirt is to be connected to the support pole and to the cabinet C) please add a note that no field welds are to be done without a special inspection authorized first by the city and an engineer Please resubmit all your documents on the portal, the application, the plans and site plan - to TS-PRM-1222-00064.
