It is currently in Needs Resubmittal status. 2) Please outline the tenant space on the site plan and indicate the frontage amount. 3) Provide the overall height from the top of curb to the top of the sign. 4) Window graphics do not require permits, but also cannot occupy more that 30% of the window surface. Please remove window graphics from application. 5) Provide the construction materials the wall is made of. Do not list only finishing materials like stucco. |
