Tami.Goltz@tucsonaz.gov or 520-837-5049. 1) This site is in a scenic corridor and limited by the provisions of Section 7A.11.3, which limits the allowed square footage to 1.25 sq ft per lf of the frontage. This site has secluded parking and frontage on two street frontages. The frontage on the application does not appear to reflect the frontages on both street fronts. Please submit a site plan that shows the frontage amounts for the street frontages facing Silverbell and Saint Mary’s Rd so that the proper amount of allowed sign area can be calculated. 2) All dimensions must bee in Feet.decimal format, not feet and inches. 3) Please show mounting detail of ACM panels and button canopy sign. If these are simply a removal of the face of the sign and a replacement of the panel, with no removal of the cabinet and the sign is under 25 sq ft, no permit will be required. |
